The Holiday Inn Express at 928-645-9000 and the Marriot at 928-645-5000 have locker safes you can rent. Marriot has a good lunch too... Why don't you take your camera with you? The slot canyons and the water are very photogenic. Pros use dry bags on the Colorado River rapids all of the time. They work well. Addendum: I understood your question. You can still keep your equipment at the hotels listed above without being a guest. They are located in Page.
