These are a few clips from a fantastic coaching day with Adventure Elements. I wanted to try some moving water so James took me to Penrhyn Mawr! On the way there we got my roll sorted, it needs a polish but at least I have the basics now. The RAF were training where we stopped for lunch and we were treated to a close encounter of their helicopter. A beast of a paddle back to Rhoscolyn and the beacon followed by a roll to show off to Lucy saw the end of my best day on the sea so far. Footgae is from two GoPro cameras.
