    I perfectly agree. But I guess the punch to the monkey is just to stress the arm extension while the use of the torso that guy said will be introduced in a second video

    Body rotation. You waltz with the water you don’t box with it. The ocean is bigger than us.
    The arms have tiny muscles (OK mine do) the torso and legs can carry you all day . Guess which ones are stronger.
    You can paddle for tens of painless miles with little effort using body rotation; with arms you (I) will paddle a couple or three.
