@feiz01 Some of it
Russell, go to the sea-dog retirement home!
Head down Russell when you come up from the brace with your hip snap! Then get that bone Russell! Goobboy Russell!
Russel the love muscle!
read your comments and I agree with you totally.
There really is a heck of a lot of bad technique on display here.
Where can i get a Russel?
Good info however, thanks for the effort.
Is Russell all there? That hat has to go, very gay.
Stay Russel, stay… good boy.
can i do on a sit on top what you could do in a sea kayak?
when he was doin those braces he was mixing them up, if he does a low brace he should use the reverse side of the paddle, but if hes doing a low brace he needs to keep his arms at 90 degrees the other way and use the driving blade!
try it russel.
You need to pay attention to the paddler and the way he is ’spinning’ the paddle shaft in this right hand.
He’s got the power face and back face reversed for most of the time.
The ’sculling brace’ on the left hand side is really all arms, and he also has the paddle shaft spun about 180 degrees again. You don’t have time in real conditions to move the paddle shaft to get the paddle blade flat on the water.
Outstadning video. Both video and sound quality are excellent. Truly an exceptional training tool. Both these very skilled paddlers are a credit to the sport.
If he goes to an extended paddle and leans back with that boat he will be able to lie in the water with none of the splashy stuff.
I ususlly use the back of the paddle for a low brace. It does demonstrate the point well though.
